My entrepreneurial journey took root after earning my Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). I established Binod Yadav and Associates, a pioneering accounting firm focused on bridging the gap between traditional accounting practices and emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and blockchain.

Simplifying Tax Compliance

Realizing the growing complexity in legal compliance and taxation, I pursued an LLB with specializations in Corporate Tax, and Cyber Laws, leading to the creation of Tax Portal Nepal—a one-stop, web-based platform offering expert tax consultancy and legal support for individuals and organizations, anytime, anywhere.

Smart Solutions for Modern Businesses

To address the limitations in Nepal's accounting software ecosystem, I completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship and launched Accounting Plus AI Pvt. Ltd.—a venture aimed at revolutionizing how businesses manage finance, starting locally and expanding regionally and globally. Our goal is to provide intelligent, scalable solutions to enterprises of all sizes.

Transforming Real Estate with Technology

In response to the complexity of Nepal’s real estate landscape, I founded Abc Deal Online Pvt. Ltd. to streamline property & assets transactions—buying, selling, leasing, or renting—by creating a digital bridge between owners and seekers, making the process transparent, accessible, and efficient.

Nurturing Health through Local Sustainability

With growing concerns about food purity and sustainability, I launched Organic Agro Mart Pvt. Ltd., an online/offline marketplace committed to delivering "fresh, pure and organic" products directly from certified and verified Nepali farmers. Our mission is rooted in promoting food self-reliance and environmental harmony, strictly excluding imported goods and ensuring quality through training and certification of our partner producers.

Money is a powerful force—neutral by nature but transformative in the hands of the ethical. When held by the wise, it promotes prosperity, security, and harmony. But in the wrong hands, it can fuel crime, disrupt social order, and sow inequality. Law alone cannot regulate money's influence; it must be guided by ethics and the law of nature—where intention matters more than mere means.

With this philosophy, I founded Oxygen Money Shop Pvt. Ltd. with the tagline "We Understand Your Needs." Our goal is to empower good intentions through cutting-edge FinTech—ensuring that financial services remain ethical, inclusive, and purposeful.

Ltd.—an EdTech initiative committed to simplifying education, empowering learners, and building a sustainable, knowledge-driven society. We believe today is the “dharohar” (inheritance) of tomorrow, and every step must align with the well-being of future generations and the preservation of nature.
